Since I was injured last fall, I’ve waffled back and forth a bit on my weight loss goals, and I’ve yet to really get some traction now that I’m (mostly) healthy. I’ve got some things in the works that’s going to help get me moving again, but in the meantime, it’s import for me to stay motivated on a day-to-day basis.
I recently set up Google Drive on my PCs at home, and as I was syncing my photos to my new storage, I ran across some old pictures of myself. My typical “before picture” that I use is actually after I had lost 20 or 30 pounds by, believe it or not, delivering pizza.
These pictures that I found are me at my heaviest. I also included my typical after picture at the bottom for contrast. Have a great week, and stay motivated!
